La ubicación. Y el interés de Sonia para buscarnos aparcamiento y gestionarlo.

Que la lavadora no estuviese en el apartamento. Sí que contaba con una lavadora y una secadora comunes, y además disponías de jabón y suavizante para la ropa.

Posizione dell'immobile molto buona. Appartamento ok come condizioni (in parte oggetto di recente ristrutturazione) ma consegnato sporco, servito da ascensore e con diverse finestre e balconi. Letti comodi.

Appartamento trovato in condizioni sporche con capelli e unghie tagliate sul pavimento e forte odore di chiuso al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo segnalato tali condizioni alla struttura e ci hanno fatto nuova pulizia il giorno seguente. La nostra impressione è di un approccio superficiale nella gestione delle pulizie.
