Check-in was 4 PM and the room was not ready until after 5 PM also there was a gap from our room to the next room on the back balcony and the sliding glass door did not lock

I liked the location and the staff

For the cost it should have room service

I was happy they had a restaurant and bar service. We got breakfast to go twice during our stay and it was good, eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and toast. The upstairs dining and bar location had a nice large, covered open balconey with ample seating and a fire table. The bartender has worked there 26 years and was funny and efficient.

It was too cold and windy to really enjoy eating upstairs on the balcony at Ocean and 21 Bar and Bistro. They had limited indoor seating at pub-style tables which we could not use due to certain physical issues. The restaurant downstairs was very limited in offerings and was more of a place your order at the counter and come get it when it's ready. I know there are lots of options around Myrtle Beach, but a cozy evening with dinner and drinks at our own hotel would be nice. Not related to eating, but at check-in they were having trouble with the computer and registering with an incidentals charge. Seems my card was charged multiple times even though it wasn't showing so on their computer. They also put an $80 charge on my husband's card, which did show up at the time, but at checkout they couldn't see it.

Excellent Location. Great Facilities and amazing staff. Can't fault anything !

The staff and the view was amazing.

The room wasn’t clean enough. I went to purchase cleaning supplies and the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed they didn’t look clean. I had to go to purchase them as well. Handprints were everywhere I had to clean with Lysol wipes and clean the tub. The view was perfect I think they need to clean the rooms.

Location. Never need to drive to get anything to eat .It's all close.
