"Uma House South Beach"

The Uma House succeeds being a charming hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. They have an Art Deco hip vibe which is very cool to see. The property is well maintained, I saw the maintenance team doing work every day. Relative to other hotels nearby it is very reasonably priced. The location is excellent. It’s right where you want to be near Collins Ave while being a short walk to Ocean Ave. The hotel staff is professional and handled any requests efficiently. Priscila and Daphne made the check-in easy and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Juni was also very accommodating and professional. Thanks to all the staff, everyone I encountered made me feel welcome. I will stay at Uma again and will recommend it to anyone traveling to South Beach.

"Priscilla to the rescue!"

When we arrived we were given a room that was very different from the pics on Expedia. Asked Daphne to make a room change, she said she would try and to check with her at 4pm…she left for day…so spoke to Priscilla who made an immediate change and was exceptionally kind and accommodated the change so we could enjoy our stay. We slept beautifully and were so comfortable the entire stay, we are grateful for Priscilla. Our bell hop was so pleasant and kind. Valentina helped us with our bike rental and we enjoyed our stay so much. If we did not have a room change and kept the room Daphne’s gave us we would have had a horrible experience.

"Don’t VALET"

Excellent location very convenient to the beach, restaurants and the convention center. Biggest downside is the valet parking process. It is a very long wait because the cars are parked by third party off site. On my departure day I waited for an hour for my car to be retrieved, they will tell you it takes 15min. And you pay $55/daily for this wonderful service…

"Amazing pool day @ Uma house"

Excellent Service at the Pool – Oma House, Miami Beach We visited the pool at Oma House in Miami Beach through ResortPass for Memorial Day Weekend, and the experience was truly amazing. The bartender DARIO attending the pool provided exceptional service from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and professional. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. The atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were perfect, and the overall vibe made our day unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a beautiful poolside experience!
