I like the hotel building is new and renovated. Pool area was nice, Cafe Americano breakfast was delicious. Close proximity to Lincoln Road and the beach.

Staff, it would better if staff would confirm duration of the stay, room type, payment arrangements and breakfast vouchers. I had to confirm all this info myself and ask her or breakfast vouchers, it should have be giving to me with room keys, I should not be asking where is my breakfast vouchers. They should have notes in their system. Communication between stuff members should improve to the guests, specifically about the stuff the guest paid. We did not get a single housekeeping service at all, hotel says it is available everyday like a false advertisement we had ask to refresh towels, bc bathroom shower leaks a lot of water poor design. We had to ask Housekeeping service once around 5 pm since it wss never provided, the lady said she is done for the day and like its not her problem. I understand your shift is over, but you need to relay your management about request, then dont advertise Housekeeping is available during the day. I heard another guest in the hallway begging for Housekeeping service. He had to ask several times perhaps Housekeeping has issues understanding english properly.

Room was fine.

constant needing water refilled to fill up bottles we received no ice machine had to constantly call for ice and then it took a hour to get. No towels at pool.

Great location near beach and stores and restaurants. Walking distance everywhere and easy to take an Uber to downtown. Room was pleasant with efficient air conditioning and very quiet. Gym had everything I needed and the whole trip went very smooth.

I stayed here for four nights while attending a convention in June 2025. I've been intending to leave a review ever since; finally doing it. Just wanted to say that the hotel is fabulous! Small, simple, but elegant and classy. The colorful lobby creates a fun vibe. I was treated well by Pear, Iran and Fabiola! Top-notch rooms and staff, nice restaurant, exciting South Beach nightlife just around the corner. And the convention center is two short blocks away -- important in the heat & humidity!

Pear and Priscilla at the front desk are wonderful! They goes above and beyond. I Highly recommend this hotel.

Location. Except for the spring break loud beach parties are very close and loud at night. Clean.

No closet, just open hanging for clothes and only 6 hangers, Ikea-like furniture, no lounge chair or couch just a plastic bucket chair. There was no onsite restaurant or services. Only two small water bottles per stay, I was there for 6 nights, and they expected you to refill them from a drinking faucet. You couldn’t even buy water. The bed was made with flat sheets which are a tangle by the time the night is over.

Mom || daughter trip! Loved the location and boutique charm in such a populated area. Room was well appointed. Could use more vanity counter and towels. Great value surrounded by the best of Miami Beach.

We had such a fantastic stay, which truly made for an unforgettable holiday. The hotel itself was excellent, with superb facilities and a modern, spotless room. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room and the daily wine hour on the rooftop terrace from 5 to 6pm, which quickly became a favorite part of our afternoons. The bar experience was made even better thanks to Dario, whose warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. The location was ideal, surrounded by great bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the shops along Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. The rooftop terrace always had plenty of sunbeds, making it easy to relax, and the hotel’s partnership with a nearby beach club was a huge bonus—we enjoyed a full day at the beach without the usual high cost of renting sun loungers. Overall, it was an incredible trip. As first-time visitors to Miami, we were blown away by everything the city has to offer. Without a doubt, we would happily stay at the Uma again on any future visit to Miami Beach.
