Ocean Crest Motel

The location is convenient but the room was not cleaned properly such carpet, fridge, bed, bathroom, table and chairs even the toilet wasn’t flushed properly when I received the room. I hope they can do deep clean once and keep it in good condition from there . If they can improve their cleanliness, they will have more clients. I won’t be back with this cleaning. I don’t mind old furnitures but at least they are clean properly. So disappointed!

Stay away from here! We went Christmas day with our 3 kids and had to drive home, it was so unsanitary, literally a nightmare and the swimming pool had no water. The owner gave no refund as we would not take our google reviews down as he demanded. I contacted the council and Health department. This place needs to be shut down. Such deceiving photos on the web from obviously many years ago (nothing like it truly looks now) and So unfair we didn't get our money returned after everything horrible this motel put our family through and on bloody Christmas! Save your money, time and stress! Don't go!

we have been staying at this motel for many of our trips to victor but very disappointed in how run down it is and how dirty the room have become. Unfortunately, will not be staying there again .

Verry old and not cleaned

The cleanliness of this motel was appalling. The dining chairs were disgustingly filthy. A pillow case was stained. The bed sheets were not flattened out or neat and tidy. The beds were so soft, they are ready for replacement. The shower alcove had a missing door handle. The manager did do his best to amend, however, i wouldn't be recommending.

Was dubious after reading other reviews. For the price of the room we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. I would give it a three star rating out of five. Obviously the rooms could be improved but we were quite comfortable.

Room needs general maintenance, room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, amenities poor (toilet pan not secure, taps extremely tight-shower cold tap unusable, fixtures loose/insecure), furnishings poor & unclean, room uninviting, value for money is a negative. Sadly no compliments.

Great support from manager and the cleaning was great for bathroom kitchenette area and bed linen Property is tired and many repair improve issues to be exaction done but I would stay again

Good location but the property is not maintained well.

I didn't rate it a 1 for cleanliness as the room had been cleaned, however the carpet is stained the couch grubby & everything is just years old & worn out. I couldn't turn the cold water tap on at all in the shower. The toilet kept filling after each flush if you didn’t repeatedly push the button. I couldn't stop sneezing from dust, probably in the curtains. It hasn't been refurbished since it was built decades ago. The couch is completely worn out & grubby from years of use. I dreaded going to bed as I thought it's going to be like the other furniture, I was surprised that the bed at least was fine. The kitchen supplies ie bar fridge microwave were all fine.The main light in the room was so dim I had to use my phone's torch to see inside my suitcase properly. If I had to rate it overall I would give it a 1.5 & that's for the bed & that it had been cleaned. It's just completely worn out & outdated & apart from the bed needs new furnishings, it all felt grubby.
