Cozy Corner Motel & Restaurant

Comfortable room, though dated. View out the back window is spectacular. WiFi and smart tv options are good. Looks like renovation/repair work is in progress around the property. Restaurant hours not predictable off season (I travelled mid-April, season begins in May). Great location for travelers going to or from Alaska Highway.

Did not like that we didn’t control our own heat. The owners were very nice and promptly changed it for us, but it was a pain. Got there it was too hot, they turned it down for us then we had to ask them to turn it back up because we had coats on and we’re still cold. We are not picky on temperature. Dinner was good - not sure when they opened for breakfast because we ate elsewhere.

Beautiful views, easy access. Super quaint. Dated facility, but affordable and clean.

View from the room were lovely. The motel needs to update their lighting. There was only an overhead light by the door and a tiny lamp by the bed. I could hardly see into my bag to find my socks. The atmosphere and comfort of the room would be greatly improved if modern, fresh, new LED lighting was installed on the ceiling in the middle of the room.

Just a very average place to stay, nothing stands out in my mind.
