Staff is friendly, but not properly trained in hospitality. Hot Stone Bath is nice, when staff remembers to keep it hot. Open area is comfortable for stretching, relaxing, eating or working (although you will have the washing machines soundtrack)

The place is overpriced for what it is. The place is not very clean. We found tons of hairs in the lines and bed covers and had to call the staff to change the hole bedding. The Hot Stone Bath is not very clean either. Rooms are not well maintained, walls have damage, and rooms are not very functional. Dry Room is not a proper dry room, it's just a storage room with a few cheap racks. Breakfast is decent, but it's the same every single day. Breakfast starts late (7:30am) and a couple of times it was even later. One day, the staff girl forgot to make the coffee. Staff is all part of Yaumay Crew, a group of university students mostly from Australia with no training on hospitality or hotel's customer service. Washing machines are in the main area, with an open plan setup, so you will be hearing the soundtrack of washing machines while trying to chill in the main area. You are paying double of what you would get in a Japanese inn. Maybe less amenities or English speaking staff, but you will get same value, functionality and space for half the price. There are other hotels where you would get far more value, better rooms, proper dry room, better food for the same price.

Property a bit far from the mountains but has a shuttle bus stop right across. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are tiny.

行きたかった白馬岩岳マウンテンリゾートにも近く、シンプルで清潔感があり、時間制で岩盤浴や貸切風呂が夫婦で楽しめるのも良かった！ 今回は晩ご飯は部屋に付いていたキッチンを利用させていただき自炊しましたが、朝ごはんはとても美味しく、見た目もオシャレで素晴らしかったです。 フリードリンクや夜食のお茶漬けは嬉しいサービスでした！ お値段以上の満足度でした。

洗面所の排水が良くなかったので、排水口を持ち上げてみたら、髪の毛が詰まっていて流れが滞っていました。 夜中に他の宿泊者の方か従業員の方か分かりませんが、部屋のドアノブをガチャガチャとされてびっくりしました。部屋に施錠をしていて良かったと思いました。
