"Personalul hotelului de loc receptiv, rece si indiferent."

Domnita de la receptie nu era binevoitoare de loc. Aerul conditionat in camera nu lucra, de cateva ori m-am apropiat la receptie ca sa cer ajutor (pina la final nu l-a oferit). A schimbat camera insa aerul conditionat tot nu lucra. Peretii sunt foarte subtiri, se aude totul si din hol si din camerele alaturate cat si cele mai indepartate.

"Зручний варіант перед вильотом"

Ввічливий персонал. Гарний чистий номер. М' яка постіль. Непогані сніданки. Навпроти через дорогу є супермаркет і в 50 метрах кафе. До аеропорту їхати 25 хвилин. Таксі BOLT працює справно. Дорога поруч, але її не чутно.

Не працював кондиціонер. Він наче працює, але температура виставлена на 25 градусів і змінити не можна, жодна кнопка на пульті не працює, хоча батарейкі в пульті робочі. Номер під дахом в мансардному 4 поверсі, то було спекотно. В номері немає чайника, а також води. Для готеля 4 * дивно. За гарячою водою можна спуститися вниз в ресторан. Але чаю та кави в номері теж немає. Це звісно не проблема.
