There was nothing to like!

Everything..the staff was very rude..they made check in very difficult after I had already called to double check what was needed for a smoth and easy check in..

The only I can say was: the location was good.

1 lady. Front desk worker was so rude. Spent 2 nights here. Her attitude never changed. Idk if she's just like that but she needs to practice some skills more. There were roaches in our room. Toilet clogged over and over. Floor was dirty. Chairs and table were dirty. Bite marks on the shower curtain?? I saw room was $139. When it clearly said $112. But she didn't care. She hid the screen so fast after I saw that. Lol The sheets were so uncomfortable. The elevator area really needs to be cleaned and sanitized! It smells awful. The pool needs good cleaning inside and out. Tended to hourly. Im sorry for complaining but, I always come here from AZ and this is my spot to stay. But it feels like its just getting worse. 😐

I did like that there was a fridge in the room. The shower had plenty of hot water.

The hot tub was out of service. There was a lot of noise at night. In the morning there were kids in the hallways on skateboards. I really did not feel safe in the area. Clerk would not provide a receipt for check out.

"Decent"

The room was comfy. The king bed was a dream to sleep in. Plus there was no deposit or parking fee.

There was roaches! There was a lot of people that hung out at night. Can be loud.
