"Smell is vile"

Lovely looking hotel until you get upstairs and the smell hits you ! Our room number 7 was absolutely freezing when we arrived. Turned the radiator on, shut the curtains. We could see outside at the bottom of the window. Had to put some toilet roll to fill the gap. See pictures. The smell is absolutely awful.
