The lock on the front door was malfunctioning and we could lock the door. we had to leave it unlocked when we left to go for Christmas with our family. Did not make us feel very safe. The smoke detector beeped the entire first night keeping us from sleeping. My 71 year old husband climbed up on the bar stool and was able to take down the smoke detector finally. Customer service was not that helpful and actually rude! There is some kind of leak by the kitchen on the floor with water standing and it is slick if you walk on it unknowingly. Overall we are pretty unhappy.
