It was next to river, clean.

I’m guessing because the place is a bit old the house was very squeaky and walls were very thin. We could hear our foot steps each step we took. One of the upstairs restrooms sink was clogged. We got charged a “cleaning fee” and on the instructions they told us to clean and take out all trash before we left or we would be charged an extra $50 if any trash was on the property. I’m just wondering why we got charged the cleaning fee if we were gonna end up cleaning it ourselves.
