location great for pleasure beach property is a great size very clean comfortable beds

deposit email didn’t come through and interrupted my day trying to chase. heating was hard to operate - radiator didn’t work in back bedroom only one sofa bed would fold out - but had our own blow up bed so we managed only one parking space was accessible but plenty on on street parking

Location good. Parking good.

Couldn't get heating on. Came on a 4am off by 6am . Kitchen utensils not good . We was a family of 7 . Only 4 bowls . 4 forks .

The property was vey spacious and clean and tidy

No bathroom unless go through the bedrooms which can be awkward if sleeping on the sofa bed in living room and everyone else asleep in the bedrooms.

Excellent location for us, cleaned, big flat, with good size kitchen, parking for two cars, ground floor, just perfect.

Patio behind house can be more organized for turists.

Clean , spacious,kitchen was good plenty of utensils. Quiet area and convenient. Parking space outside the property.

Mattress in first bedroom really uncomfortable. No vacuum cleaner there. Was going to book to stay again next year same time but price has nearly tripled.

Very spacious flat. Cleanliness was excellent. Only bed linen should be checked. Any problems sorted immediately. Would highly recommend this ground floor flat.

Lack of utensils, kitchen pans etc and crockery. Not ideal if a large family. Tenant upstairs leaving outside door unlocked regularly.
