Proximity to transport. Enough personal space for 4 adults.

Could do with a standard lamp in the lounge instead of needing the overhead light on. Bedside table lights.

Close to everything including the pleasure beach which you could see from the property, ther was 7 of us that also included children and ther was plenty of room for everybody
