"Very nice hotel very close to cafes and restaurants and the town at large."

Large, modern, and pleasant facility. Helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good location in town. Quick note: to get at parking, pull up in front of the hotel, run in and get the slip for the affiliated parking lot, and you're all set.

"Beaucoup de bruit"

Bien placé dans la ville dans le centre mais en face de bars qui mettent la musique à fond. Le petit déjeuner est acceptable.

Beaucoup trop de bruit à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et en dehors avec des grosses basses. Nous avions réservé la chambre 6 mois à l'avance et avons eu une des chambres les plus nulles à côté de la réception avec le bruit des clients et des employés.

"The place itself is nice, the breakfast is delicious, but the restaurant service depended heavily on the staff each day."

It’s a pretty place with nice location.

Parking is charged extra, if they're going to charge for parking, then don't mention it as included. We had a problem with the room's drainage. But they solved the situation.

"Great hotel, perfectly located "

This si our second time staying at this hotel, and everything was once again perfect. It’s located in the middle of everything in this lovely but surprisingly bustling town. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed and the food in the restaurant is exceedingly good. I highly recommend a stay here, either just to get out of Medellin for the weekend or just to relax.
