Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Dorm bed is rock hard with an old fashioned dorm sleeping bag sheet, no thanks. Used to being in mixed dorms but not a fan of sharing bathrooms and showers with men, again no thanks

Uncomfortable rock hard mattress, sleeping bag sheet, so uncomfortable and don’t like male and female toilets and showers together.

The beds were comfortable, the common areas were quite nice, and the location was very good.

The showers and the toilets were ridiculously small. There was just no way of keeping your clothes and towel dry inside when taking a shower. And the toilets were not the cleanest, but it might also just be the guests.
