Es un hotel muy bonito con habitaciones amplias y cómodas y el personal es muy atento. El servicio de taxi o barco hasta Oporto es muy cómodo para evitar llevar tu propio coche

Gostei de tudo, excelente equipa de colaboradores, spa muito bom. Muita atenção aos mínimos detalhes, como enviarem um miminho de boas noites. Excelente!

Nada existiu para não gostar.

The room service breakfast was fantastic! Spacious room with incredible views, gorgeous bathtub facing the river view and a comfortable bed. The bar and Vinha Restaurant are absolute must-try's if you're staying here. A special thank you to Gabriela at the bar who entertained our immense curiosity for the world of mixology and attended to all our (slightly annoying) special requests :)

There could have been more staff circulating the property throughout the day to check if guests want anything to drink for example.

Beautiful grounds and staff were lovely. Breakfast was exceptional as were both the Terroire restaurant for lunch (we ate there twice!) and the Michelin restaurant for dinner. The interior design and grounds are another level - really well thought out! We made use of the boat charter which was a lovely touch.

There was a building wide issue with aircon and we had to ask for a fan (rather than one being offered to Us) - which was very much needed as I am 8 months pregnant. This appeared to be a known issue but not something they were proactively managing which was a bit strange. We had to get up to go and ask for service by the pool for drinks which I wouldn’t expect at a five star. I would have expected more complimentary items in the mini bar given the room rate. Our bath tub was lovely and deep but the handles were a bit lose so some maintenance wouldn’t go a miss.

Tendo mencionado, o facto de estar a celebrar o aniversário, e de ser já cliente do hotel, não houve qualquer mimo ou atenção especial!! Para um hotel de 5 estrelas...o atendimento ficou muito aquém do esperado e, já tido, no passado!
