Nothing.

We booked the property about a month before coming. When we came there was a man in reception who told us that as we booked for just one day we are moved to a nearby hotel and we will have a free parking. He didn’t even said “sorry” or something like this. As it was late evening and we were on our way back from Italy to Norway (we traveled by car) we used the ‘’suggested’’ Vienna hotel, which was quite decent but not a four star hotel that we booked.
