Got room by stairways smaller room plus very noisy every time someone went up stairs!! Ask for another room was told all rooms are the same bad attitude 😢was not happy at all!!

The room was very dirty and the windows would not close. We requested a different room and we were denied very rudely from the staff. The room had a very bad smell to it and there were stains in the bed sheets, pillow cases, walls, carpet and furniture.

Expedia said on the rates it was 8.2!!! To me it was a 1!!! Horrible enjoy what and on top of it they will not refund any money at all….whaooo!!! Expedia I don’t trust you anymore bye bye!!!!!!
