The house is lovely and clean, and situated in a very quiet area. The hosts were friendly. We liked our room and slept comfortably. We had to download the Roku app to change the volume on the TV, because it was too quiet to hear. The bathroom fixtures, esp the shower, could be updated. Continental breakfast options were nice, although the waffles and pancakes we saw in photos were not visible or shown on a menu; when we asked, they graciously offered to make them, but we felt funny about it. I wouldn't really consider this a "bed and breakfast" in the classic sense, because it's not about the hosts cooking breakfast for guests. And I can see why - with only three rooms, the inn is too small for that to be practical. Just be aware of that fact when you book. The small size of the inn is asset because it is peaceful and quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

SO comfortable and Olga and her husband were incredibly kind and accommodating. Super clean, cozy vibes yet spacious and beautifully decorated. Wonderful large bed and super comfy daybed in our room. Awesome to be lakeside with a gorgeous property and dock right on the water for lounging. Perfect modern old-Florida visit with all the vintage charm but wifi and USB charging ports! Bidet in the bathroom, fridge in the room and a really nice continental breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Everything we’d want and Olga offered to make us eggs or waffles if we asked. Fresh juice, bagels, yougurt, cereals etc. Love love love this place. Excellent stay for an excellent price. Easy to find, but hard to leave because we wished we could stay longer!
