The location is the best, it's close to supermarket, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy and such. The room is also great. Especially the kitchen. It's small but got everything you need

The toilet is pretty weak. We can't use it so many times. Even we had helps from the staff to come to fix it 3 times and we end up to use the toilet from the gym.

tudo ok... porém gostaria de ressaltar que referente a taxa de limpeza do imóvel a qual é descrita no contrato recebi o imóvel com chão sujo , cheio de mosquitinhos que provavelmente vieram da varanda.. ou seja a taxa de limpeza não foi bem aplicada porque o imóvel não estava limpo como deveria. Referente aos utensílios de cozinha seria interessante panelas anti aderentes pois as panelas comuns que tem no apartamento são antigas queimam e grudam o alimento facilmente. De resto tudo ok tive um pequeno imprevisto com a TV que não funcionava mas isso foi apenas um detalhe. Em resumo foi uma boa estadia, local seguro e silencioso. Até a próxima oportunidade.

Apartamento bem localizado, numa rua tranquila. Prédio com segurança. O apartamento bem limpo, com roupa de cama e toalhas cheirosas! A comunicação com o anfitriao foi super fácil! Recomendo!!

If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this villa.

Apartamentos bem equipados, excelente estrutura, segurança, limpeza, boa localização e excelente interação com os anfitriões. Recomendo muito.

We enjoyed the electronic key pad to get in and out of the apartment and how spacious the studio was. We also liked the balcony overlooking a stunning skyline.

Checking in was a little bit of a hassle as we had to take photos of our passports confirming our identity and then pay a deposit of R1000 (just in case damages occur), which needed to be paid via Pix or Credit Card and didn’t feel too safe.
