We loved everything in our room, the size, bathroom, we even had a tatami, pijamas and amenities were luxury, coffe maker at reception was great. We LOVED our stay. No mention location wich was great.
Washing machine and dryer, after drying clothes were still wet.

たたみの小上がりが１番気に入ってます。
強いて言えばですが、部屋の鍵がアナログの点ですかね、カードキーに慣れているので、外出するとき鍵を閉めるのを忘れてしまいます。

Amazing location in Kyoto close to public transport and nightlife areas. Room was huge for Japan standards. Amazing bathroom and amenities. Miss this hotel!

La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra a unos diez minutos a pie de Kawaramachi y muy cerca de lugares de interés como Nishiki Market y Teramachi. Además, en los alrededores hay numerosos restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias. Muy bien conectada con Kyoto Station. La habitación era amplia, y el baño destaca por su tamaño, acostumbrado a otros hoteles en Japón. La zona es muy tranquila por la noche, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo.
La iluminación podría ser mejorable, sobre todo en el baño donde la luz es muy tenue. El hotel dispone de lavadora, un servicio muy útil, aunque durante nuestra estancia casi siempre estaba ocupada. Parte del personal no hablaba inglés, lo que dificultó la comunicación en un primer momento.
