Tout, la localisation, la chambre spacieuse, le lit confortable et la belle et grande SdB. Le personnel est très serviable et la dame a la réception a eu la gentillesse de déposer mon linge propre plié dans ma chambre 🙏

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell mit den Öffis in der Stadt. Ein- und Auschecken war sehr einfach. Wir konnten das Gepäck noch unkompliziert dort lassen. Einfaches, aber ausreichendes Business-Hotel

Even before we arrived in Kyoto I had been in communication with this amazing property just asking about things that we wanted to see and do while staying in Kyoto . I always received a prompt answer with great suggestions and advice. Once we arrived we were greeted by an extremely friendly person at the front desk who explained where all the facilities and amenities were if we needed anything like the washing machine etc. Our room was perfect,nice size for the two of us ,bathroom was exceptionally clean as was our room. There was a bath if you wanted to have a soak after big days of walking in and seeing Kyoto. The staff were very helpful with sending our luggage onto our next hotel in Osaka .I would highly recommend staying here as I said clean comfortable convenient amazingly helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

The only comment I’d make was I feel the pillows were a little uncomfortable. They’re a bit flat so maybe some bigger fluffy pillows but that would be just a suggestion. I have seen pillows at other places we’ve stayed in Japan and they are similar so maybe that’s a Japanese thing.

強いて言えば、２日目の宿泊時もミネラルウォーターをサービスでいただけるとありがたかった。
