Welcoming staff was friendly and helpful..but he can be more helpful, if he familiar himself with surrounding attarction, so he can suggest the nearby places to visit

Everything is OK...if I may suggest, maybe the management can add room decorations, I.e painting to hang on the wall , so the wall would look lovely..
