Az nem tetszett, hogy a foglalás során a félpanziós ellátásnál nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a vacsoránál nincs benne az alap italfogyasztás. Ár érték arányban így nem volt korrekt.

Hotel píše že má hotelový bazén, to nieje pravda, bazén patrí súkromníkovi LA playa, takže keď tam chcete ísť musíte zaplatiť lehátka min.20€ , strava málo pestrá mäso tvrdé bol problém výberu, niektorý ani nechodili na zaplatenú večeru, pláže pred hotelom totálne plné, centrálna budova Imperial je stará a určite by potrebovala rekonštrukciu. Upratovanie izieb bolo slabé.
