An absolute gem in idyllic Ashburton, Devon! The Annexe at Amberley Farm was cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and relaxing. The hosts truly thought of everything We were visiting friends in Ashburton recently along with our two kids, and loved having a comfortable space of our own. We would absolutely recommend and happily visit again in the future!

Beautiful clean house. Cosy and warm when heating came on. Hosts left as some gorgeous treats. Even though they lived next door they left us space to enjoy.

We had to have cold showers. We were unaware that the tank filled for hot water and used this up for washing the dishes. It took hours to heat again. Knowing this in advance would have helped us plan the hot water usage.

Perfect snug base from which to explore Dartmoor. Very comfortable for a family of parents + 10yr old, good facilities and responsive host . The excellent complimentary coffee was a nice extra touch!

Would have been lovely if the washing machine had a drier function as we got drenched out on the moors - but the radiators did ok too....
