François-Denis Apartments

Best location ever! I would recommend everyone to stay here. In my opinion, it is way better than the ville marie or old Montreal. The shops were great, the people and cafes too. It's not that touristy. Also, ville marie and old Montreal were not really far away. I loved the apartment.

Nothing everything was great

I enjoyed the area of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and trendy.

I did notice the handle of my door only operated if you lift it upwards rather than downwards

La chambre était très confortable. Il y faisait très froid car les thermostats était très bas dans l'appartement. Il m'a donc fallu quelques jours pour obtenir une température confortable. Le lit était très confortable. J'étais très content de la disposition intérieure. Monter ma valise a été très sportif avec l'escalier en calimaçon, mais j'ai réussi avec un peu d'efforts. Le principe des codes pour les clefs etait très ingénieux.

Le froid dans l'appartement en arrivant qui a duré deux jours avant que je n'ose monter les thermostats au bon niveau. Les parcmètres ne fonctionnait pas sur mon téléphone des Pays-Bas, heureusement que j'avais une soeur qui pouvait mettre le parcmètre à ma place lorsque c'était nécessaire-

Fantastic stay, we were on the ground floor no issues we were in and out a lot. Room was extremely clean had everything we needed. Really comfy bed and shower was amazing!! Extremely good communication with the host. Responded very quickly and answered all questions. Check in was one of the easiest I’ve had. Even tho there are a lot of apartments in the building no noise at all. Cute restaurant attached and staff there were extremely nice. Great area lots of great restaurants in walking distance and plently of thrift shops near by too. Really close to a grocery store and about a 5 minute walk to a metro station. Bus stop is about 1 minute away.

Great location! We could have spent our entire trip to Montreal just wandering around the neighborhood and enjoying the vibes and delicious food. The room was on the 3rd floor (be warned: no elevator and narrow stairs) which offered great views from the balcony. Jazz at Diese Onze down the block was phenomenal. Morning pastries around the corner at Boulangerie les Co'pains d'abord were a perfect way to start the day. Delicious dinners and fun shops all around. The host was very responsive to issues. We left the instructions at home and had some trouble getting into the building upon arrival but the hosts were very helpful and extremely gracious. This is a problem with booking . com and not with the hosts themselves! The keurig didn't work upon arrival, but by the day's end a brand new one was delivered and set up! Comfy space, ample amenities, we loved staying here.

The location was excellent; close to stores, restaurants and the metro. It was great to have a kitchen for meal preparation. The room was clean and comfortable- a nice place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! I would stay here again!

Everything was great! A suggestion would be to provide a box of tissues in the room.

* Water jug in fridge was nice touch! * Apartment was generally cleaned to a good standard * Shower was great, best we had on our trip * Kitchen was well equipped * Entry and exit was easy and convenient * Staff we met were friendly and helpful- thank you for letting us use the laundry facilities!
