The pool and spa were wonderful and it’s such a beautiful bar and reception area. It can’t be beaten for location and price.

It was a special trip for my partner and I and we had been promised a bottle of cava for the room and a bit of a fuss made of us- but nothing! No cava, no acknowledgment of the special stay. This was really sad and disappointing.

Um excelente hotel sem dúvidas. Todas as comodidades de um bom hotel, inclusive uma garagem para estacionar o carro. Um excelente café da manhã.

O hotel fica um pouco distante da cidade velha, nada que nos impedisse de caminhar até lá.

Highly recommend staying at HM Palms Blanchard. Very friendly staff, modern facilities and an excellent pool area on top.

Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. My stay was arranged by my holiday insurance as unfortunately we missed flights back to the UK due to my son suffering a head trauma and needing hospitalisation. We got put in a junior suite for 2 nights and the suite was stunning. I felt like a celebrity with the bath robes and slippers! The outdoor pool is beautiful and my children loved splashing at the side. The other guests didn't seem to mind them being there which was nice as I was worried about the peace and tranquility being ruined by 2 children playing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to come here as a solo traveller and enjoy the spa and the amenities I didn't get to try due to having the 2 children. The mattresses and pillows let me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud!!

Was sehr hervorzuheben ist, wir konnten am Anreisetag bereits um 10:00 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Auswahl an regionalen Produkten, wie Wurst und Käse. Es gab frisch gepressten O-Saft und diverse täglich wechselnde Smoothies und Säfte.

Leider konnten wir unsere Fenster nur kippen. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass man aus dem Fenster fallen könnte, da die Glasbrüstung nicht hoch genug ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof. Hier wird man von vormittags bis spät abends mit Hintergrundmusik aus dem sich unten befindlichen Restaurant beschallt. Wir fanden es sehr störend. Vor allem bei gekippten Fenster. Die Dusche roch sehr stark aus dem Ausguss und nach ca. 1 Minute Duschen war das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, da die Dichtungen an den Türen nicht ihren Zweck erfüllt haben.
