Arrived at 2am guy on reception very helpful and friendly booked me in and took for my 2 bottles of Stella and Ice Cream for my treat as returned from a night flight from Bulgaria Sunny Beaches Hotel also dead easy to find from Terminal 2 less than 10 mins walk all good

The check in experience was poor. There was one member of staff initially and when a second member of staff joined, she asked my name, she stared at the screen for a minute or so, and then mumbled something to her colleague before she walked away. I felt this was very rude.

"Holiday room "

Have stayed before but was given a disabled room this time. Was not really appropriate as sink small very low and would have preferred an ordinary room. However it was a comfortable stay and we will stay again . It is ideally situated for the terminals.
