Tolle Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lage und Aussicht sehr schön. Ein kleines Idyll zum Wohlfühlen und gerne "Nachhausekommen". Vielen Dank dafür!

"Quite disappointed with my experience and had much better in Zermatt. Wrongly advertised ! No two bedrooms. No garden v"

Location convenient and central. Nicely renovated

There is no second bedroom and the high bed‘s stairs are dangerous and inconvenient! Hot rooftop flat and easy to bump head . There is no garden view ! There is no Matterhorn view . Bedsheets have spots . Not enough towels and cushions for a comfortable stay. Handled through an agency , who is awful and not genuinely helpful . They offer their service but don’t provide it. Need to transfer money via international bank transfer . The price for service and space is not justified . The apartment looks like it can fit 4 adults , but it does not . Photos on booking.com misleading. I accidentally only put two adults when I booked thinking I have the flexibility of an apartment for 4 people and 1 child . I had to send a friend away and could not stay with us. Although two of my friends were rotating on different days , they were not willing to give us more towels.

"A good place to stay when visiting Zermatt"

Same as photos! Lovely place! We are group of four including a baby, all of us like this place! Baby bed is also provided which is great! The kitchenware are clean and we can cook in this place!

As we travel with a baby, it is not easy to climb many stairs to the place with a stroller. There are some food crumbs on the floor and some unwashed kitchenware left in the dishwasher. Some stains on bed sheets.
