The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were very pleasant and well behaved

The toilets could have been better. They were smelling and the linen were not very clean.

Room was big in size thats all.

No wifi connection in room. No toiletry Very Noisy 24*7 Location is not that great

There were many eating joints around.

The smell of the Cigarette was there in all the corners whether it was in the Room or corridor. And the worst thing is that they don't have any Room Freshner. I think they were sprinkling some liquid detergent-type thing to get rid of the smell. The exhaust fan of the washroom was not working. It was located in a densely populated area. Streets were narrow and traffic was a big problem. It took about 10 min for our taxi to move 100m from the main road to reach this hotel.
