Location was good.

The rooms were dirty. The Commode was dirty and not cleaned properly. Bedsheets and blankets were clearly not changed. Room phone was not working, hence room service did not happen. Only after reminders, the receptionist provided the Towels and complimentary Water. I found lack of proper management. Even the tea cups were dirty and cracked. I am requesting for Full Refund.

This location was very convenient for us, as we were looking for a hotel close to the Infant Jesus Shrine. The breakfast was excellent, and the stay was comfortable and cozy.
