The shower did not work

Only good thing about this apartment is the location.

Avoid this place at all cost, as many have already written: - Shower does not work. They do not bother to fix despite confirming through commenting behind every negative comments. - Electricity only while keycard in place, especially in winter where it takes some time to warm up a place absolutely disgusting practice. - The pictures are overselling this place. It is the same apartment yes, but this place is just run down... - Basic stuff in the apartment is just missing - No free parking included, nothing for free close by. - Too expensive for what you are getting.

Apartment was clean and comfortable good and quite location for what we wanted.

The oven wasn't straight forward to work and the shower hadn't been fitted right, but these were getting addressed before we left

Whilst not the most modern flat was a good size clean and comfortable bed in a great central location. Close enough to old town and more modern part of the city with a number of bars, markets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Secure car park underneath although tight access. Dont rent a huge car! Couldnt find a way to get into car park without getting out and going insude toopen from downstairs

Great location easy walking to old city. The room has great potential however the TV was missing (just an empty wall bracket) and the garage remote was unavailable. This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I was very hopeful considering quick response times that I would be able to rate this location highly. You may have better luck but if something does go wrong don't expect a satisfactory resolution.

The apartment is clean, modern and strategically well located just outside the old town. Our numerous emails were quickly answered.

It is an anonymous holiday apartment managed by a company, which was a handicap since we did not have a single and competent interlocutor for the various problems encountered - from missing bed linen, a non-working internet and shower, to missing access to the parking lot. All we got was a generic email address and a phone number, where the person answering the calls asked us in which city the apartment was situated! So, our vacation started with a nerve-wrecking two hours of sending emails (with plenty of "delivery failed" messages because of an overflowing inbox), trying to get someone answering the phone, explaining our problems to different people, most of them not knowing the apartment. Twice we received wrong instructions, and my daughter had to sleep the first night without bed linen because it was delivered to the wrong address. We did not have internet throughout our entire stay. And the “parking place included” turned into a “you are kindly requested to find parking nearby”. There was a lack of proper instructions (in particular on how to make the shower work – see comments by other guests. How difficult can it be to put a photo next to the shower with an arrow indicating the hidden lever you have to pull to make it work?). Also, the kitchen was lacking some basic things like a kitchen towel and a cutting board.
