Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were looked after superbly (thank you again for the gluten free breakfast items), our room was lovely, with modern high tech features and everyone was so friendly. It’s location is close to lots of restaurants, a ten minute walk to the Venetian harbour. Would definitely stay again when revisiting Chania.

Great place to stay. Excellent location and great staff.

Excellent, clean, and spacious rooms, friendly and communicative staff. Simple but delicious breakfast. Physically in the old city and within minutes of the harbor and easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants. Only problem is parking. You’ll have to park either on a street, finding a parking spot, or in the municipal lot which has a hard limit of 4 hours per day. Manageable if you plan to be on the road most of the day but an inconvenience none the less. Also, these parking areas are at least 500m from the hotel which means you will be dragging or carrying your luggage along cobbled streets to get to the hotel and back when you check out. This said, we really enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend it and stay again.

Amazing place , beautifully located , and fantastic staff

We visited Chania in late March. This hotel was fantastically located in the Old Town with beautiful rooms and superb bathrooms. The hostess, Virginia, was amazingly friendly, wonderful and helpful. Will definitely stay here again! Our only regret is that our stay was too short.

Virgina- the manager is extremely prepared and made the arrival easy and smooth. Breakfast first quality, staff polite, helpful and fast. The place is just lovely.

Such a perfect place, Would’ve definitely loved to spend more time there
