施設は清潔でスタッフの接客も素晴らしかったです。 1点気になった点は、食事の量が一般的なコロンビアの宿と比較して少なめでした。

The villa was amazing! The service from the staff was exceptional! The food was delicious!

Everything was great but the construction going on behind our Villa was not! Especially because the bathroom is open and you still can see thru the privacy walls, the pieces of wood for privacy, would not block anyone’s view into the bathroom. While taking a shower or while using the toilet. I felt like our privacy was intruded, especially for my wife. It was an inconvenience. We had to wait to take a shower till after the workers were gone which was after 6 pm.

Decor, service, pool, everything was off good taste and eco friendly

No body cream after a full day of sun. Restroom near toilet area needs attention as it had a strange smell

Style, design, service, impeccable hotel, the value for the luxury one enjoys can’t be matched by any other hotel I have been, and I travel a lot

The shower didn’t work right, the room didn’t have minibar

This was hands down the best place I have ever visit, it’s a hidden gem, amazing food, amazing staff and amazing vibes

The expansion they're working on hopefully leads to have other amenities
