Hotel Casa Candela

Si la tematica del hotel es de relajacion, entonces para q ponen musica desde las 10 am hasta las 12 pm y musica electronica. Se puede escuchar musica pero hasta ciertas horas.No habia forma de relajacion. Habia gente hasta tarde de la noche en la picina sin concideracion ninguna q habia gente en los cuartos para descansar. Mejor dicho este hotel es para personas q les guste la bulla. Me fui un dia antes de lo planeado no pude soportar.

Tre price manipulative yuo pay before checkout and the put food in the biil never order don't have tv no little friz in the room.is really hot there. Yuo want order anything is by text.no good over price and the say 5 star pls no good.

Casa Cadena is a stunning destination with a Bali-inspired vibe. The atmosphere is incredible, the spa is a must-visit, the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. Every staff member is fantastic.

Perfect getaway

The bathroom stopped working at night, and I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. They tried to put me in a room without the view I paid for, I had to argue with them and show proof that I booked a room with a view. They didn’t even apologize. No compensation. Wouldn’t recommend.
