Eagle Rock Resort

I loved the location and I loved that it was child friendly and could be pet friendly! The staff was great and helpful, and the restaurant was great too! The rooms were heated well with the space heater and radiant heater, so we were kept plenty warm. This area is just beautiful!

Having the bathroom separate from the cabin was a bummer when it’s so cold outside and when you have kids. It probably is not as big of a problem in the summer. I was under the impression that “two rooms with a shared bathroom” meant that the two rooms were connected to the bathroom, but it was a couple of cabins away. But not a huge deal! It’s more like a camping experience than a “resort”, but that adds to the charm.

The sheets were dirty. Instructions for unlocking and use of the bathroom was unclear and the bathroom smelled horrible. We actually had to leave and stay somewhere else because of the dirt, rocks and hair that was in the sheets of the bed. We did not stay overnight here.

Nice property. Clean room. Only recommendation: furnish beds with nicer as in cotton (instead of 100 polyester) sheets.

Place was super clean and beds were very comfy. The store has anything you need and the restaurant next to it has the best fried chicken ever!

Everything was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that there was no internet service the entire time I was there. The restaurant at the same location did have internet service, though, as they have a different provider. Also, some shade on the deck of the cabin would be nice.

Very relaxing stay in the outdoors. No TV or internet to distract from the natural beauty. Twin beds were amazingly comfortable.

Great location, good value, friendly and welcoming lodge style rooms with verandas. Conveniently located next to both a general store, petrol/gas, and a restaurant & bar. Shared bathrooms were well-maintained and clean. What more could you want?

My only criticism is that the wifi signal was very weak in the outermost cabins.
