The price

The fact they have linens towels and toilet paper listed and then inform you during check in they do not replenish any of said items and in fact suggest you spend money at their Laundromat and will probably nickel and dime me to keep the $50 incidental deposit due to having to use the same towels until I checked out early which they refused to acknowledge in hopes of recovering some of the money from the reservation

Location close to where we needed to be.

They kept changing the cleaning day. Upon arrival for our apartment it was Thursday. Cleaner arrived Wednesday ad I was using additional clothing to make a pillow they did not clean, following we had everything ready for Wednesday turned up on Thursday.
