Ridiculous property that shouldn’t be listed as a “hotel”. They close at 7 PM and if you show up past that time nobody is on the property. Extremely rude manager.

The manager crystal demanding entrance to my room whenever she wanted even while my husband and I were being intimate

The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice.

Paper thin walls, I could hear every tv and conversations from other rooms, restroom flood problems and people smoke right outside my door. I left 2 days prior to the 31st, asked for a refund and was told no. They didn’t even offer some sort of credit.

All above to be fixed and refund fir 2 days fir early check out.

This is supposed to be a non smoking place. it was so Heavily smoke filled. Our clothes smelled like smoke when I got in my car... People were Smoking weed and drinking alcohol everywhere. Beer bottles in the Stairwell. If you like speed bumps this is the place 4 you.
