They made me look for another hotel the same day at night, you can't trust them. The treatment and customer service is deplorable. They didn't even let me arrive because the same day they canceled my reservation! When I spoke on the phone to check the time of my arrival, an extremely rude woman answered (I don't know if she had a bad day but that's no excuse) she behaved very badly, repeating that they no longer had reservations when I had my confirmation in email and all. When I spoke to a buking customer service person he confirmed exactly the same thing.
