It's a newer facility, very clean, pleasant, and well kept.

One of the staff REALLY needs to learn to adjust her approach/diction in handling customer service matters. On 3 interactions, her response was unnecessarily serious, turse, as if she wasn't quite experienced at dealing with people. I understand professional reasons for saying no to a customer's request, but tone and word choice can make ALL the difference, even if the employee is taking their role way too seriously.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows sucked. The walls were sooooo thin that every vehicle driving by woke me up. I tried to use a sound app on my phone that usually helps but it didn't. Along with hallway noise. The breakfast was pretty gross.

This is a new hotel and was very nice place, the staff were great. Morning breakfast was good and plentiful

I felt the pricing was a bit on the high side, we travel a lot and this was the most we paid for a hotel all year.

The property shows that it was very recently and drastically refurbished, it was absolutely spotless. As a touring cyclist, I particularly appreciated that there was a designated shed for bike storage.

Nothing wrong with the property. The immediate vicinity has few dining options, there’s a very good Dunkin Donuts down the street and a Subway right across. You have to drive farther for more choices.
