The proximity to Dundee city centre was very useful, very helpful host and cleaning staff. The room was excellent with very good facilities and a good shower.

Possibly add a toaster? otherwise it could not be better.

Stunning decor and setting, the space is luxurious. We loved our stay as our room had a fabulous view, was very large and equipped with everything we needed and so much more. Very comfortable super king sized bed. The kitchenette was a great bonus.

We liked everything.

"Convenient, relaxing, and stylish place."

Comfortable beds, spacious and nice room. Friendly host. Though on a sometimes busy road, it was very quiet in the rooms. Nice walk into town along Perth Street.

Couldn’t communicate well with Alexa. Maybe it was the accent.
