"Overpriced and Poor Service"

The service was terrible. During check-in, my family and I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, and no one was there during check-out either. The breakfast was disappointing, and for the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Hotel itself was clean, rooms were above average, bed/ linens adequate Reservation desk service needs much improvement. You could tell they didn't want to be there and they made you feel like you were taking up their time.
