at the check in i was given an upgrade which is always good to have, also at the check out they give you a box of chocolates Staff was very friendly, especially had a good service from Marius. In the rooms you have everything you need and they are cleaned daily

the only downside for me is that their breakfast starts at 7.30am only, so if you have an early business meeting, like 8am, you might not have enough time for a breakfast. Other hotels usually have it from 6.30 or 7am
