I loved the staff! Very helpful and kind. Had car issues and they helped!

Very nice and chill staff. The free breakfast was filling and pretty good. The room was clean and not super fancy, but it worked. The only downside was the noise from the street.

Cozy and family place. It is at walking diatance of moseums, parks, right in front of banks, and other facilities. Great place to stay.

Nice clean room. Shower drain did not work. Towels were torn. Hotel is in the corner of two streets, extremely noisy during the day

Ruth was an excellent host. She was generous and made things as simple as she could. One note - parking is not included. Ruth recommended an inexpensive paid lot a few blocks away. This is a downtown area with limited overnight parking available so we were grateful for her help.

La installacion necesita remodellacion y mantenimento. Nada de complicado pero , necesaria, precio correcto por una qualidad liviamente superior, musflas escandalosa en la noche renden el descanso dificil, pero esto pasa en todas alajuela.

Great location in the central square and only a few minutes from The airport. Basic accommodation and ideal for an overnight before or after your flight. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations
