Hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era confortevole e pulita, con biancheria da letto impeccabile. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della macchina del caffè in camera. Tutto è stato positivo durante il soggiorno, ma desidero fare un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina che si occupava della reception e della sala colazioni al mattino. È una professionista eccellente, molto educata, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Trasmette un'energia positiva che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e che si vorrebbe trovare in ogni hotel. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e, in particolare, a lei per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.

"Vicinissimo Bergamo, vale la pena"

Struttura all'inizio della Val Serina a pochi minuti dal centro di Bergamo. La giovane receptionist molto spigliata, gentile e carina nei modi di fare. Camera pulita e tutto molto nuovo. Bagno idem. Mi hanno concesso la colazione in anticipo perchè dovevo andare via presto per motivi di lavoro ed anche lì molta gentilezza e cortesia. Complimenti, vale il prezzo!!!
