I would genuinely recommend this hotel for its location and thoughtful design of all its spaces including the room, lounge and rooftop. The breakfast was great- lots of variety and unusual additions.

No air conditioning and loud traffic noise. Staff at reception when left were defensive and lack empathy when we left

Facilities are very modern and beautiful, rooms are super spacious and comfortable, very centric location, easy to park, plenty of restaurants around and good breakfast. We couldn’t ask for more.

The blanket of the bed brings electricity and we got some shocks a few times. Our toilet basin was broken.

This is an excellent hotel in a desirable location near the central piata in Brasov, one of the loveliest towns in Transylvania. Lodging in Romania tends to have standards a bit below those in Western Europe. This is not the case here, this hotel attains the highest standards. Rooms on the piano nobile are outstanding.

The hotel is in a renovated building of the Austro-Hungarian style. It is too small for a restaurant, and local rules inhibit a roof top bar, which would be a lovely addition to the view.
