Liked the closeness to the beach and all the Broadwalk eateries.

Near the beach. Bed comfy but very squeaky. Appliances look new & all clean. We did report there was no kettle to make a cuppa so one was provided & left hanging on unit C door..thank you!

No front desk or staff-communication only by email, text or phone. WiFi very poor in our unit, ok on terrace where other rooms are. Expensive for what it was. Our small unit C was at back of main building by car park & bins-it looked like a garden shed! Nowhere to sit outside our unit C other than walk to seats on main terrace-so to take our breakfast outside meant we had to carry cups, plates etc along passageway to the terrace. No shop anywhere near to buy things like coffee or milk. Managed to get UberEats delivery from Target.

Location, cleanliness, free parking, remodeled bathroom & kitchen.

Would appreciate a box of Kleenex and beach chairs.

We have stayed twice at this property and will continue to book our Hollywood trips at this property! This property is the perfect location just steps from the beach and a short walk for all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of security cameras and motion lights to make you feel safe entering and exiting the property.

Proximity to the beach. Full kitchen. It’s a cute property. One of the people I communicated with by text was amazing and helpful.

I wanted to love this place but it has some issues that could be easily fixed. First is one that should be noted in the property description — no dishwasher. We tend to cook and prepare food a lot and with no dishwasher and not even a dishwashing pan to hand wash, this was an issue. There’s a full kitchen but they should truly invest in some basics — bowls, pans and other cutlery for cooking. I was told by staff that they operate as an Airbnb but even hotels with suites provide better stuff than this place. Wear and tear - the external property is dated and not great. The air conditioning! It is SO loud. I was trying to work and it was just impossible. At night we had to turn off the bedroom AC for the same reason. And sadly - wear and tear in the bathroom. There was a heavy rain while we were there and the bathroom window leaked. I have to say maintenance came in immediately to take a look at it. And finally, inconsistent messaging. I had two numbers to communicate with. One was super friendly and accommodating and the other was abrupt and abrasive. Example. One number said it was fine for me to check out an hour later and the other said no. You get a very short day for the value since checkout is at 10 am. This place was not cheap and given all of the stuff we experienced, we were just disappointed. We stay in Hollywood quite a bit and the cost, customer service and property amenities did not align with our expectations.
