The Surf Hollywood Beach

Nous avions des questions à poser mais jamais personne n’a répondu à nos messages écrits, ni à nos appels téléphoniques. Le contact humain est complètement absent.

The location was great in the 2nd row off the beach and a view of the beach.

I paid $150 for a mid week cleaning but opted out of the cleaning instead asking for clean towels, sheets and toiletries. The management did not provide the items requested instead suggesting that we use beach towels and pull the sheets off the queen size sleeper sofa to place on the king size bed. I repeatedly asked for a refund for one of my two cleaning fees. Management has opted out of the refund charging $300 for cleaning.

Close to the beach with ample room for parking

Location is perfect, accommodations are clean and spacious. Everything you need!

As instalações do hotel e a localização são excelentes! ótimo local para ficar com a família! Gostamos de tudo! A única dica para quem é brasileiro e quiser se hospedar, a comunicação com o hotel é toda por sms (então você precisará ter um número telefônico que envie mensagem), eles não respondem email e não possuem whatsapp.

A comunicação com o estabelecimento poderia ser melhor, não me responderam pelo booking e por email, apenas por sms.

Great location so close to the beach. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

Air conditioning a bit noisy.
