Wundervoller Aufenthalt. Der Garten ist traumhaft gepflegt, die Kaffeemaschine mit extra Milchaufschäumer ein echtes Highlight. Frühstück sehr lecker und das Zimmer extrem geräumig. Absolute Empfehlung.

"Come sentirsi a casa: comfort, silenzio e ospitalità!"

Appartamento estremamente confortevole e silenzioso! La casa si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra si trova la cucina, mentre al primo piano ci sono due ampie camere da letto e un grande bagno. Sempre al piano terra è presente un’ulteriore camera con bagno privato. Dalla zona giorno si accede a un piacevole spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi. Per chi arriva in auto, è disponibile un comodo posto interno proprio davanti all’ingresso. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Emanuela, che si è dimostrata un’ospite puntuale, gentile e premurosa!

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich da man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum ( zu Fuß ca 25 min) ist und man das Gefühl hat man ist am Land. Wir hatten einen kleinen Garten und man konnte Kaninchen und Hühner beobachten. Im Hintergrund die Berge. Einfach traumhaft. Wir sind mit unserer Jagthündin gekommen. Auch für sie war es toll. Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen und im Hintergrund die phantastische Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen ziemlich sicher wieder Dankeschön

Mir fällt nichts ein.

"Une bonne idée pour une étape raisonnable et de qualité dans Udine!"

Nous avons bien apprécié cet hébergement d'Udine qui permet une agréable étape. En dehors de la signalétique à améliorer pour éviter de débarquer chez la voisine, tout est au top, propreté, bonne température de chauffage en hiver, superficie, confort, pour un prix normal en ville. Je conseille ce B&B, sachant qu'en voiture le vieux centre d'Udine n'est pas trop loin et se laisse découvrir en un temps raisonnable. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil!

La disponibilità e l'accoglienza della padrona di casa Emanuela. L'alloggio grande, pulito e riscaldato. Due bellissime camere da letto matrimoniali e il bagno spazioso e con una bella doccia grande.
